Fawad claims that a wanted felon is making decisions for the PML-N.

Fawad Chaudhry, the head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, stated on Sunday that his group was considering submitting a reference to revoking the PML-membership N’s as a party.

Fawad claimed on Twitter that a convicted fugitive was making decisions for the PML-N in clear violation of the Election Act. He said that because the party (PML-N) had announced it would not accept the Supreme Court’s decision, just making that statement constituted a violation of Article 6 of the Constitution.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry had stated in an interview that the Supreme Court might oust another prime minister on Monday if court instructions were not followed.

According to Fawad, the Supreme Court has already decided that two provinces would hold general elections. He explained that the three-member bench was now debating a case involving the enforcement of an order.

He warned that another prime minister might leave office on Monday if the Supreme Court’s orders were not followed. Fawad added that judges who take too long to issue bail to PTI workers should resign from their seats and leave their offices.
